His academic research is interrupted by the news that a hit-man named Danny Stoltz has busted out of jail and is now somewhere in Sydney, possibly looking to kill Lincoln. Bec's decision to contact Ash leads to a renewal of their friendship, but as Bec tries to explain her current circumstances, she finds herself spinning so many lies that she's in danger of jeopardising her family's security. Meanwhile the owner of the car that Bec damaged has tracked her down and he's on the war-path. He's a judge and he wants money. He's threatening legal action. Lincoln has the terrible feeling he's being watched and followed. Someone's stalking him, and that someone looks like Danny Stoltz. Lincoln becomes involved in a game of cat-and-mouse, as he tries to outwit his stalker and protect his family. Mitchell's resentment at being dragged back from the Gold Coast finally explodes into a horrifying confrontation with his father, and Tara is caught in the crossfire. With Warwick's help, Lincoln comes up with a novel solution to the problem of the judge. But celebrations are cut short by the appearance of Lincoln's would-be assassin. As their deadly game plays out, Lincoln believes he has the upper hand... until he discovers that the game is more complicated than he thought. Cast:
