Episode 2.04Sunday, July 29, 2018 Secrets are revealed as Jack’s investigation stretches to the colourful streets of Mumbai. Jack and Rory continue their relationship, working around Rory’s strict schedule. When Jack visits Rory’s house he encounters Rory’s father, Thornton Finch, who is less than impressed with his daughter’s secret affair. In India, Linda tracks down Rahul Dev one of the names on Martin Reed’s list. He’s alive, having been deported midway through his course — but still presented with the certificate of completion. His friend Mitul, however, isn’t so lucky — Linda tracks down his mother and discovers Mitul has died. After she visits the hospital in Mumbai, Linda reveals to Jack that half the students on the list are dead. Harry gathers together a motley team of trainers and owners and sets a plan in motion to bring down Ricky Kirsch and bankrupt him. Stan tells Jack that he’s going to sell the pub and move to China to be with Cherry, much to the chagrin of the Fitzroy Youth Club. Eric is particularly put out by this, leading Wilbur to wonder if he may have been the one to report Cherry to Immigration. After talking to Barry, Jack and Cam suspect Martin Reed was cooking drugs and discover that the courier company Eddie worked for sells drugs for extra cash. They break into the drug lab and are shocked to discover a coffin that once had Lakshmi’s body in it, but they can’t uncover where Lakshmi’s body went. Jack finds Martin’s van parked around the corner from the restaurant where he was shot, filled with photographs of the students on the list. In the van, Jack discovers a letter addressed to Martin, signed by ‘K’. At a dead end, Jack follows up with the CEO of the Next Horizon Foundation who gave Martin his research grant, Phillip Quinn. Phillip can’t shed much light on Martin — they gave him a grant and Martin disappeared — but Jack gets distracted by the family photograph on Phillip’s desk — Phillip is Rory’s husband. Cast:
