Zoe (Ash Ricardo) and Dan’s (Todd Lasance) investigation into the brutal murder of an affluent couple uncovers suspects that are all pointing fingers at each other, and Stephen’s (Dominic Monaghan) big play triggers the launch of the serial murder Strike Force.

An affluent couple are discovered brutally murdered on their yacht with their youngest son having narrowly escaped the same fate. For Dan and Zoe, a high-stakes crime is the welcome distraction they need as they deal with the fallout of their stolen kiss. They both try and pretend that it didn’t mean anything, with Zoe continuing her plans to marry Kristof (Damian Walshe-Howling) and Dan embarking on a new relationship with a woman from Bite Club — Pia (Jessica Napier). The truth is that they have both been deeply affected by it.

Stephen’s big play in revealing the location of one of his victims triggers the commencement of the serial murder investigation leading to an unexpected and welcomed offer. But when Kristof profiles him as sexually impotent, Stephen goes on a date with Kate (Pia Miller) with a point to prove.
