The kids return to the hotel to retrieve the stolen money so they can return it hoping to collect a reward, but Ashka has already taken it. Frustrated, Alex yells at Katrina for helping Ashka. Then, Paul inadvertently leads Ashka back to his home allowing her to follow his father to his place of work, Magnetronix Inc.

Determined to warn Correon, Riana sets off for the castle.

Gryvon cons his way into the castle, where he finds Zander, and tells Correon a story about how he was attacked by a crazed Ashka who has plans to destroy the Marauders. Correon and Zander depart the castle hoping to stop Ashka giving Gryvon the opportunity to steal the power stones Ashka wants.

Before Gryvon can close the portal, Riana sneaks through, returning to Paul's world.

Ashka returns to Magnetronix Inc where she passes herself off as Mrs Harley, an archaeologist's widow in search of help completing work from a lost text. Charmed by Ashka and Intrigued by her story, Paul's father agrees to help her.

Riana makes her way into the city but just misses Paul at home, seeing him and his family drive off. When the family returns, Brian's mind is preoccupied with "Mrs Harley's" project and goes back to the lab. Waiting for Paul in his bedroom, Riana warns him Ashka is far from powerless and must to be stopped now that she is armed with the knowledge within the old Spellbinder book.

In his lab, Brian spends the entire night working on a new, more powerful powersuit, much to Ashka's delight when she arrives the next morning to check on his progress. Amazed by the power of the suit, Brian is convinced with enough power, the suit could provide the ability to fly. Called away to pick up a sick a sick Christine from school, Brian invites Ashka to the house to finish their work.

Episode 24

Paul desperately tries to warn his father about Ashka but Brian is not interested in more of his son's stories and takes Ashka back to his lab to continue their work. Paul returns to his school where Riana informs Paul she still has his video of Ashka revealing her plans of conquest. Returning home, Paul finds himself locked out by his scared sister and must climb in through his bedroom window to retrieve the camera.

Sneaking Riana into his father's lab — where Brian has enhanced Ashka's suit with the ability to fly — Paul is able to get his father away from Ashka to show him the video tape but Ashka suspects something is up and uses the new suit to interfere with the tape. Further hindering Paul's efforts to prove his story, Ashka incapacitates Riana, preventing Brian from seeing her. Ashka spirits Riana away in her car and takes her to an abandoned building where she ties up Riana.

Back at home, Paul continues to try to convince his father of what he's saying but only results in his father calling a doctor. Needing support, Paul goes in search of Alex. Alex, who is unaware Riana and Ashka have returned, is just wanting life to get back to normal and isn't interested in helping Paul. Katrina is similarly uninterested in helping Paul who has burned one too many bridges with her.

Ashka arrives back at the Reynolds' home where she is warmly welcomed by Christine who, like her father, is falling under Ashka's charms. Paul returns home but is unsuccessful in his attempt to steal the powersuit and retreats to his room. Paul seizes upon his sister's idea of preparing a special celebratory breakfast and slips a little something extra into Ashka's food, keeping her preoccupied while Paul swaps a faulty control circuit into the suit before his father takes it to work.

Paul makes another attempt to recruit Alex and Katrina, this time armed with proof — a photo of his father with Ashka and the powersuit. Paul returns home with his friends but it is too late, Ashka and his father have left. With nothing left to do but to look for Riana, they manage to track her to the abandoned building. After waiting for Ashka to return to Brian's lab, Paul is able to free Riana while Alex and Katrina find themselves being taken back to school by the police who were called by a nosy neighbour.

At Brian's lab, the faulty Flight Control Unit prevents the suit from working, upsetting Ashka. When Paul arrives, the distraction created by his unpaid taxi driver gives Paul another chance to get his father alone to show him the videotape of Ashka, and finally introduce him to Riana.

Finally unmasked, a soggy Ashka corners Paul, his father and Riana, demanding the powersuit's Flight Control Unit.

Flight

Episode 26

Captured by Ashka before they can escape the lab, Riana, Paul and his father are locked inside the lab's Faraday Cage and can only watch as Ashka destroys Brian's work before leaving for the Reynolds home where she intends to retrieve the powersuit's working Flight Control Unit.

Using liquid Nitrogen to weaken the metal cage, the three escape and pursue Ashka. Unable to phone Christine to warn her about Ashka, Paul radios Alex who is in the middle of an exam. Katrina and Alex leave school and rush to Paul's house where Katrina retrieves the FCU. Ashka arrives soon after with Brian, Riana and Paul close behind. Converging in the home office, Brian struggles with Ashka allowing Christine to grab the FCU and throw it out the window to Paul.

Paul and Riana flee into the shipping yard with Ashka close behind. Cornering Riana, Ashka simply uses the powersuit to pull the FCU out of Riana's hand and into her own. With the suit fully enabled, Ashka activates the flight controls and rises into the air, proclaiming that Riana will never see her family again. Paul, having gone for help, returns with Alex's father who uses the strong electromagnet in his forklift to capture Ashka, pinning her to the machine.

With the powersuit damaged and powerstones destroyed, a defeated Ashka pleads to be released but Riana intends to take her back to her world where she belongs.

Back on the Spellbinder world, Gryvon once again returns to the Summoning Rower to reopen the portal for Ashka, not expecting her to come back a prisoner.

Correon arrives at the Summoning Tower and reveals his plan to resettle the Marauders in a new village, names Riana as his new apprentice and announces his intention to share the Spellbinders' knowledge with everyone. Paul is adamant the doorway to his world never be allowed to be opened again. He says his good-byes and returns through the portal before Riana removes the Eyestone from the tower one last time, forever closing the portal to Paul's world.
