Luke — Kamil Ellis

Kamil Ellis is a 16-year-old Wiradjuri boy. He has been performing traditional song and dance since he was two years old and plays the didgeridoo. He has studied tap, jazz, ballet and contemporary dance, but his passion is traditional dance fused with hip hop. He performs regularly with the Ganang Spirit Dancers as a lead dancer and singer in traditional language and opened the 2014 Celebrity Theatre Sports Gala at the Enmore Theatre.

Kamil made his acting debut in the ABC mini-series My Place and was able to combine his passions for acting and dance when he landed a guest spot on ABC's Dance Academy. He made his stage debut in Sydney Theatre Company's production of The Secret River. In 2013 he was invited to become the co-host of ABC3's popular kids wildlife show Bushwhacked! - Series 2 of which won Asian Kids TV series of the year and a Gold Remi Award at WorldFest in America, and was a finalist for a TV Week Logie Award. Kamil has recently completed filming the 3rd series of the show, and has also recently featured in ABC drama series Cleverman.

Niccolina "Nicco" — Luca Sardelis

Luca is in year 10 at school in Adelaide, South Australia. As well as enjoying school, Luca is an actor, dancer (ballet, contemporary, tap, jazz, lyrical, hip hop and musical theatre), singer and plays the tenor and alto saxophone. Throughout her school years, Luca has been an active member of many choirs and bands.

Luca's debut on television came in 2013 at on Channel Ten's children's TV series Sam Fox: Extreme Adventures as April Fox. In 2015, Luca was cast as Reagan Kelly in Matchbox Films and ABC's acclaimed miniseries Barracuda.

Jesse — Jordie Race-Coldrey

Melbournian Jordie knew from a very young age that he wanted to be a performer and set his sights on becoming a triple threat. He started acting with The Drama Company from the age of five, has been singing since he was seven, and he currently studies dance at Crazy Feet Dance Studio. Jordie's performing credits include The Wizard of Oz and Alice in Wonderland with the Young Australian Broadway Chorus (YABC); the leading role of Even Goldman in 13 with Catchment Players and the role of Oliver in Oliver! with Babirra Music Theatre (a role for which he was nominated for a Music Theatre Guild Award and won a Lyrebird award). Other highlights include Beauty and the Beast, Frankenstein, Machine Gunners and The Jungle Book. Jordie has performed musical theatre cabarets with Starbound and YABC, and has also been a guest vocalist at the Kew Festival and has performed in a number of Eisteddfods.

Ben — William McKenna

William McKenna is a young Australian actor with a variety of strong credits to his name. William was the winner of Class Clowns at the 2015 Melbourne International Comedy Festival, and went on to MC the 2016 Class Clowns Final. He was also host and performer in LOL Squad during MICF 2016 at the Arts Centre. He has hosted Kids Stage at the Eltham Town Festival, and performed stand up at Poetry Slam at the State Library, and Help Conference for Ronald McDonald House Charities. As well as starring in Nowhere Boys, Ben has also recently wrapped Series 3 of You're Skitting Me for ABC.

Heath — Jo Klocek

Joe made his Melbourne Theatre Company debut in The Distance in 2016, following his shoot on Matchbox Films and ABC's acclaimed miniseries Barracuda for the ABC, and has previously appeared on stage in Oedipus Doesn't Live Here Anymore for Queensland Theatre Company. Joe has also appeared in This Hollow Crown and Face It for the QTC Youth Ensemble.
