It is a story reminiscent of 'Romeo and Juliet' with equally tragic consequences. Geoff rejoins the Flying Doctors but now finds himself working under Guy and living with Kate and the baby in what is now Guy's house.

As more people go out to the site to check on things, a festive atmosphere quickly grows. Guy and Jackie make their relationship official.
