The Hostage

With the telegraph wires cut, the town is powerless against the bushrangers. Sean Reilly robs the bank and tries to get Kathleen to print a rebuttal of the lies that are being spread about him. Charming though he is, Kathleen refuses to allow her newspaper to be used for that purpose. Sean misinterprets Ruth's interst as personal.
