Circe Island teacher Ms Selbys uses the arrival of a mysterious stranger to ignite the children's imagination for a creative writing exercise. The man lands on the island and sends the kid's imaginations running wild. Hermes Endakis, the bumbling security officer, suspects the stranger is a wanted criminal, Kelvin think he is out to steal diamonds while Julie develops a crush on the man and Ralph becomes jealous.
