SECRETARY reveals what really goes on behind the glossy reception when the pressure is on, the photocopier breaks down and personal rivalries hit breaking point. The bond between four very different secretaries and a receptionist is constantly tested as they juggle the demands of their bosses, the expectations of friendship and a volatile pecking order.

Despite the production of a pilot episode, the series was not picked up by Ten. The pilot never aired but was leaked online.
