The return of Sea Patrol sees the HMAS Hammersley back with a bigger and better patrol boat. With new naval dramas such as remote island evacuations, jewellery heists and drug smugglers, it's drama on the high sea as well as on board with love triangles, unexpected friendships and sexual tension.

The Hammersley is sent to rescue aid workers during a coup in the Pacific nation of Samaru. The interception of a foreign fishing vessel turns into a life threatening pursuit.
