"When all else fails, you can always sell real estate." This is something Anna Kingston once heard and stored away, not really ever thinking that one day that time would come. But it does. Her husband has skived off to Australia with whatever funds were left from his failed business ventures and she's been left with two teenage daughters, a mortgagee sale, her husband's debts and little way of keeping it all afloat.

So, as things go from bad to worse to downright desperate, Anna does it — she walks in the doors of Eden Realty and, faster than you can say unconditional offer, becomes a Real Estate Agent.

Agent Anna. Out there selling houses. But will she also have to sell her soul to succeed in the cut-throat world of real estate? And what happens when an essentially good, honest woman finds herself trying to make it in a profession that is anything but?
