Mcleod's Daughters: articles

Aaron's goodbye to McLeod's

THE last remaining original McLeod's Daughters cast member, Aaron Jeffery, has quit.

Jeffery has finished filming the series, but he will return to the McLeod's set next month as a guest star for one episode.

Jeffery has been nominated for a Silver Logie as the Most Popular Actor for his work as Alex Ryan.

The actor has been dividing his time between Sydney and Auckland since finishing on McLeod's. He is filming the third series of NZ's Outrageous Fortune.

Jeffrey is rumoured to be dating actor Peta Wilson, who is best-known from her work on the US TV series La Femme Nikita.

The handsome actor's personal life has rivalled a soapy storyline in the past few years.

Last year, he pleaded guilty to assaulting his then wife Melinda Medich.

Jeffery took up with Michelle Langstone, who was playing his on-screen love interest on McLeod's.

That relationship fizzled after he moved to Sydney to be closer to his three-year-old daughter with Medich, Ella-Blu.
