Episode 1.01

Alana, a young girl living in the year 3000, is shocked to discover that her guardian Tulista is to be sent back 500 years to test a new time capsule. Tulista tells Alana that she will be gone for 28 days but it will only feel like a few seconds to Alana. Alana enters the laboratory to watch as Tulista is hurtled back in time only to reappear seconds later, this time as the hostage of a sinister warrior, Silverthorn. When Tulista breaks free, Silverthorn takes Alana as his hostage and travels back in time. Alana emerges from the time capsule to find herself lost in a strange world ­ the 1990s.

Episode 1.02

Alana awakes in a dirty part of town knowing that she has been sent back in time, but not sure what year she is in. She takes some fruit from a nearby fruit stall, not knowing that she is breaking the law. The fruiterer chases her to the back of the Kelly Deli, where she is hidden by Jenny Kelly, the daughter of the deli owner. Jenny and Alana return to the rubbish dump where Alana landed, only to find the time capsule being covered with earth. Then, as Jenny watches in horror, a bulldozer bears down on Alana…

Episode 1.03

Jenny pushes Alana out of the way of the oncoming bulldozer, but Alana is knocked unconscious in the process. Jenny leaves to find help, and when she returns later that night she finds Alana watching a hologram on her wrist computer, PJ. Jenny finally believes that Alana is from the future. She invites Alana to stay with her family at the deli. Jenny's mum, Irene, walks in on the girls in Jenny's bedroom to find Alana using her headband Transducer to levitate a doll. Alana is surprised and loses concentration, causing the doll to explode.

Episode 1.04

Irene takes Alana and Jenny to Jenny's high school, telling Alana to pretend that she is Jenny's cousin from the country. Alana is introduced to Jenny's teacher, James, who is astonished by Alana's knowledge, as she constantly corrects him in class. Meanwhile Jenny's little brother Petey steals Alana's Transducer to challenge the school bully and his gang to a fight. Jenny and Alana race to Petey's fort, arriving to see an energy bolt erupt from the Transducer and blow the fort up. As the kids start to head home, Silverthorn arrives in a limousine and kidnaps Alana.

Episode 1.05

Silverthorn tells Alana of his plans to control the world, and shows her a printout of a newspaper. After Jenny helps Alana escape, Alana recognises the front page of the next morning's newspaper as being identical to the newspaper on Silverthorn's printout. She realises that Silverthorn is using the time capsule to find out what is going to happen in this world. If she can find Silverthorn, she can find the capsule.

Episode 1.06

During computer class, Alana uses PJ to trace the registration number of Silverthorn's limousine, and finds it registered to a company called 'Futures Inc.'. Alana and Jenny search the offices of Futures Inc that night, trying to find the address of Silverthorn's home, but they are caught by Silverthorn before they can find it. Alana tells Silverthorn that the time capsule will automatically return to the year 3000 in 28 days time, and asks if she can go with it. Silverthorn is outraged that he will lose the capsule. But he collapses mysteriously, allowing the girls to escape.

Episode 1.07

Jenny, Petey and Alana follow Silverthorn's limousine back to his house, by attaching a tin of paint to the car so that it makes a trail. Jenny and Alana break in, and overhear Silverthorn boasting to a politician that he can make him the most powerful man in the country. To prove his knowledge of the future, Silverthorn tells the politician that a tidal wave will hit the coast of Japan the next day. Meanwhile Alana finds the time capsule behind the bookshelves in Silverthorn's library.

Episode 1.08

Alana tells Irene and James about Silverthorn's prediction of the tidal wave. James calls a reporter with the story, but the reporter doesn't believe him. After the tidal wave occurs, though, the reporter comes to the deli with a film crew. Alana uses the Transducer to try to prove to the reporter that she is from the future. Silverthorn is dismayed to hear that there will be another news report on Alana the next night, in which she will reveal details about a man from the future with plans to control the Earth. Later that night a dark figure enters Alana's bedroom and swaps the Transducer for a fake.

Episode 1.09

Alana is asked on television to demonstrate the Transducer. When the Transducer doesn't work and Alana realises that it is a fake. The police are waiting back at the deli and take away Alana, saying that she is a ward of the state until her background is sorted out. Later, at the girls home, a warder tells Alana that her guardian has arrived to take her home. Alana walks into the warder's office, expecting to see Irene and Jenny, but is instead greeted by Silverthorn.

Episode 1.10

Silverthorn tells Alana that he has a brain tumour, which she must cure with her Transducer if she wants to return to her own time. But, after she treats him, Alana finds that Silverthorn has constructed a force field around the time capsule to prevent it from returning home. The next morning Alana spots Jenny watching the house. She smuggles her wrist computer PJ to Jenny by attaching it to a remote controlled car. Jenny takes PJ back to the deli, where she shows Irene and James a holographic message from Alana pleading for help.

Episode 1.11

Jenny, Irene, James and Petey break into Silverthorn's home. After a desperate struggle, they save Alana and drive back to the deli with the time capsule strapped to the roof of the car. The capsule will return to the year 3000 in minutes, but as the family prepare for Alana to return home, Silverthorn arrives to try to recapture the capsule.

Episode 1.12

The Kelly family tries to fortify the house so that Alana can make a safe departure in the time capsule. But Silverthorn crashes through their garage wall in a car, and locks the family in the house while he places another force field around the capsule to prevent it returning to the future. Petey helps the family escape, and Alana confronts Silverthorn in front of the capsule. Using her Transducer, Alana turns Silverthorn's force fields against him, rendering him unconscious but also injuring Jenny. The only way Jenny can be saved is if she returns to the year 3000 with Alana and Silverthorn…

Episode 2.01

Jenny awakes in the year 3000, having recovered from the injuries she sustained during the battle with Silverthorn at the end of Series 1. Jenny is told that she and Silverthorn must return to their own times, as they have already changed history too much. So she, Alana, Silverthorn and Lorien, the assistant to the inventor of the time capsule, begin a journey back through time.

Episode 2.02

When the travellers emerge in the year 2500, Silverthorn lures Alana and Lorien into a trap, and then tries to recapture the time capsule. However, with the help of local boy Nik and his booby traps, Jenny is able to defeat Silverthorn. Alana and Lorien return Jenny to the 1990s, but when they return to the year 3000, they find only a barren wasteland.

Episode 2.03

Lorien and Alana travel back to 10 minutes before the time they first left the year 2500. They believe that Silverthorn is responsible for the wasteland they found in the year 3000, and decide to follow him to stop whatever it is that he does to destroy the future. But they are captured by the Globecorp Police, who order that their memories must be modified. Alana escapes and returns to Silverthorn's hideout, where she finds that Silverthorn is using Alana's wrist computer PJ to build a Time Gate. Alana tries to return to the time capsule, but it will not respond as Lorien has locked it and only her palmprint can reopen it. But local boy Nik returns, and offers to help Alana.

Episode 2.04

Silverthorn finishes his Time Gate, and returns to the 1990s with a plan to transport valuable water back to the year 2500. Silverthorn demands to know where his limo is. His bodyguard tells him that it has been sold to the Kellys, Jenny's family. That night the bodyguard steals the limo from the Kellys' garage. Jenny's brother Petey awakes to find that the limo has been stolen, and immediately suspects Silverthorn. Petey sneaks into Silverthorn's property and hides in the limo. Back in 2500, Alana and Nik try to disable the Time Gate but the Globecorp Police arrive and take the Gate away.

Episode 2.05

Silverthorn emerges from the Time Gate in the Globecorp building and is commanded to hand over the Gate's secrets or be modified. Silverthorn tells Draco, the head of Globecorp, that he will share with them the profits from his water plan. When Jenny and Petey break into the warehouse in 1990, they find that Silverthorn has set up a swimming pool with a hose connected to it, ready to pump the water through the Time Gate into 2500. When the pumping starts, Petey falls into the pool, and is sucked through the pipe into 2500. Jenny jumps into the pool after him. At the other end, she gushes out of the pipe into a tanker, where she finds Petey gasping for breath. Jenny and Petey escape the tanker and are reunited with Alana, but then Petey is captured by Globecorp.

Episode 2.06

Jenny, Alana and Nik follow Lorien, who is in a work party with other modified people. As they try to rescue Lorien, Jenny cuts her leg badly on a wire. Nik insists that she have her cut attended to, leaving Alana to fend for herself. Alana and the other modified people are marched back to their filthy quarters where Alana tries to communicate with Lorien, to no avail. Nik takes Jenny to see his grandmother, Maeve, who is a scientist working on regenerating the Earth. Maeve heals Jenny's wound and returns to her work, placing a bulky helmet on her head. Jenny recognises it as an early model of a Transducer. Jenny tells Maeve she will help her with her work if she lends her the Transducer to rescue Petey. Alana escapes from her quarters and uses PJ to locate Petey, who is inside the apartment of Globecorp head, Draco. Petey overhears Draco revealing to Silverthorn that he wants to use the Time Gate to transport nuclear weapons to 2500, so that he can destroy the Peace Platforms which monitor everything on Earth.

Episode 2.07

Alana breaks into Draco's apartment, and Petey tells her about Draco's plans. Alana realises that this is how the world became a wasteland in her future. Jenny helps Maeve to develop the early Transducer. Back at the Globecorp building, Draco modifies Petey into a Globecorp spy, giving him a watch so that he can communicate with Draco whenever he needs to. Alana, Lorien and Petey make their escape through the basement, and Jenny is waiting on the other side, with her Transducer. A guard suddenly appears and orders them to surrender.

Episode 2.08

Alana, Nik and Jenny overpower the guard, and arrive at Silverthorn's hideout to find Silverthorn, Draco and a squad of Globecops leaving through the Time Gate for 1990, where they plan to steal nuclear warheads. Back in 1990, Draco orders Silverthorn to be stunned and leaves for the docks. Alana, Nik and Jenny follow through the Time Gate, and free Silverthorn. When Silverthorn offers to help them, Jenny and Alana don't trust him but feel they have no choice but to accept.

Episode 2.09

Draco and his men arrive at the docks and use a "modification projector" to modify all the sailors, guards and protesters mingling around, allowing them to steal the nuclear warheads without a struggle. Nik and Jenny return to the warehouse to watch on as Draco and his men carry the warheads through the Time Gate. Nik and Jenny are captured and taken back to 2500. There, Nik escapes, but Jenny and the warheads are loaded into a vehicle and driven away. Nik uses the time capsule to travel back to 1990 again to try once more to stop Draco stealing the warheads. He travels to the dock with a group of nuclear protesters, but arrives to find Draco's van leaving with the warheads, and realises that he is too late.

Episode 2.10

Nik chases after Draco's van on a stolen bicycle. He arrives at the warehouse in time to see himself run through the Time Gate. When he bursts into the warehouse, Alana and Silverthorn are surprised to see a second Nik. In 2500, Jenny is bound to a chair in Draco's office. He tells Jenny that unless she teaches him how to use the Transducer, he will modify Petey. She says that it is impossible for her to teach him. Back in 1990, Alana, Nik and Silverthorn arrive at the rubbish dump as a truck pulls out with the time capsule on the back. They go to the Kelly Deli where Jenny's mum is distraught as Petey and Jenny have been missing for days. James goes to the police depot to retrieve the time capsule, and takes it to the tower that in 2500 becomes the Globecorp building. Alana points out where Petey was being held, and they try to figure out how to get the capsule up to that room. In 2500, Petey sits in front of the modification projector. When he returns from the modification chamber, he gives Jenny a wink.

Episode 2.11

Silverthorn pretends to be a wealthy film producer to persuade the manager of the tower to let them take the time capsule up in the lift to the room where Petey was held hostage in 2500. Alana, Nik and Silverthorn travel to 2500, emerging in the room, which is now empty. They are captured by Draco's men and are made to watch the launch of a spaceship armed with one of the nuclear warheads. When the ship destroys the Peace Platform over the North Pole, news is received that the Northern Hemisphere has been devastated. Unless they stop the second spaceship from colliding with the remaining Peace Platform, the entire world will be destroyed.

Episode 2.12

Draco and Silverthorn strike a deal and decide to escape to the past, using the Time Gate. They lock Alana, Jenny and Nik inside the control room, and make their way to the Time Gate. Draco spots Petey and tells him to carry their gear. Jenny and Alana combine the power of their Transducers in a mind-link to send Alana's wrist-computer PJ up to the second spaceship, where PJ changes the spaceship's course before the warhead detonates. Silverthorn and Draco step through the Time Gate as Alana, Nik and Jenny arrive. Petey explains that they thought they were returning to 1990 but he set the co-ordinates for 50 million BC instead. Silverthorn and Draco are shocked when they emerge from the Time Gate and hear the roar of dinosaurs, but Alana shuts the Time Gate down as they try to step back through, leaving them stranded. Alana and Lorien report that only one more trip can be made in the time capsule. Jenny and Petey decide that they will have to use the Time Gate to return to 1990. After they leave, Lorien and Alana load the Time Gate into the time capsule and return to 3000, where everything has returned to normal.
